Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings and Payment

• For any booking, prepayment of the total amount of the stay is made on the provided credit card.
• If you wish to pay for your stay on site with another payment method, you must indicate this in the "Special Requests" section when booking. In this case, your credit card will not be charged but will be required as a guarantee.
• Accepted payment methods on site: credit card, ANCV holiday vouchers (paper and Connect), cheques, and cash.

2. Cancellation and Modification

• In case of cancellation notified at least 72 hours before arrival, the amount charged will be converted into a credit valid for 1 year, usable for a single stay (not divisible).
• In case of cancellation less than 72 hours before arrival, no refund, credit, or date change will be granted.
• In case of no-show or early departure, no refund or credit will be granted.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 4 p.m. Keys may be handed over earlier at no extra cost if the accommodation is available (reception closed between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.).
• Check-out: before 11 a.m. (before 10 a.m. in July and August).
• Late check-out possible, subject to availability and at an additional cost (€30). Any delay without prior agreement will be charged.

4. Pets

• Pets are allowed at a rate of €15 per pet per stay (maximum 2 per chalet).
• They must be kept on a leash at all times and remain clean within the residence premises.

5. Included Services and Options

• Bedsheets provided and beds made upon arrival.
• Towels provided: 2 small and 2 large towels per chalet (regardless of the number of guests; not provided for groups).
• End-of-stay cleaning option: €80 per chalet.
• Meeting room: available for rent (35 m² – €100/day).
• Laundry room: accessible only for stays of one week or more, subject to availability.

6. House Rules

• Parties and private events are not allowed.
• On departure day, the chalet must be left in the same clean condition as upon arrival:
  - dishes washed and put away
  - bedsheets removed
  - bins emptied into the outdoor container located at the entrance of the residence
  

7. Parking

• Only one parking space is provided per chalet (outdoor parking available for a second vehicle).
• A second car is allowed only in the low season in the indoor parking area.

8. Accessible Chalets (PRM)

• Two chalets are specially equipped for people with reduced mobility.
• To book an accessible chalet, we recommend contacting us directly by phone to check availability.
